One of the masters of Archtop Guitar Lutherie, Tom Ribbecke is a wood magician.  His Private Practice Custom made instruments utilize the finest of woods, from citka spruce and red cedar tops, to Cello maple and Koa sides and backs.  With patience and painstaking attention to detail, each instrument is carefully hand carved, voiced and shaped to perfection.  I've had the privilege of working with Tom for several years, there simply is not a finer partner in the business.   For Tom, perfection is the only acceptable answer - You see it in his instruments...

With over 40 years experience and many hundreds of archtops to his credit, Bob Benedetto is one of the most accomplished and respected luthiers to ever build an archtop guitar.  Bob helped to grow the industry with many of today’s top builders having spent time apprenticing in his shops.

Bob has many archtop guitar innovations to his credit.  From his luscious Honey Blonde finish, to the use of solid ebony tailpieces, to his use of natural wood headstock veneers to minimalistic use of bindings, Bob has been at the center of the instrument for longer than almost anyone else.

Artistic Guitars is proud to be associated with Benedetto guitars as a dealer of select Benedetto models.
