Artistic Guitars Pricing Policy
Unless otherwise stated, pricing shown on our website and Gbase outlet is CASH pricing In USD (money wire, bank check, personal check, etc). If other payment methods are utilized (such as PayPal, Credit Card, etc), certain additional charges will apply. If other payment methods are utilized, shipment will occur within 1-2 business days after payment is received and verified as being deposited into our account .
Artistic Guitars Return Policy
Returns are very rare but have happened. If an item is to be returned for ANY REASON, it must be approved by Artistic Guitars beforehand.
Returns must be complete and in the original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (COA’s, Warranty Card, keys, tools etc.), show no signs of wear or use. All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee (NO EXCEPTIONS). Items which are not normally stocked ("Special Orders", “Custom Orders with a Builder”, close-outs, previously-owned guitars, layaways, etc.) are not returnable.
A 48 hour Approval period may be granted on items, only if agreed to at the time of sale. New items not applicable.
The Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items, both to and from, and these charges as well as bank wire or transaction fees will be deducted from any refunds or credits along with any costs incurred in bringing the returned item back to it's original condition.
Artistic Guitars Shipping Policy
We ship generally on Mondays after payment in full has cleared bank accounts. We prefer to use FedEx International, FedEx Air, and FedEx Ground. We will use whatever service the Customer desires. FedEx does not issue Insurance (they call it Declared Value), which only ever helps if there is a massive box level damage with recourse up to only the Declared Value limit. We have used external 3rd party shipping insurance but have never had a claim and don’t know how successful this would be. Some protection is always recommended however. Feel free to discuss with us prior to shipment. Artistic Guitars packs well, and photo-graphs the packing for your added protection. We are not responsible for Finish checking when going to cold weather climates. We recommend a minimum of 1-day ambient temperature acclimatization before opening the box.
Artistic Guitars Lay-away Policy
We realize that a Customer may not be able to pay immediately but wants access to a particular item. A 20% Downpayment is required to place an item in layaway. A sales invoice will be issued and the item will be taken off of the website and Gbase and no longer marketed. All deposits are non-refundable.
The guaranteed hold time is 3 months from the date of invoice. If after 3 months the item is not paid in full, the item will be placed back into stock for sale and relisted on our website. Should this occur, the Customer has up to 1 year from the date of the initial deposit to apply the full deposit amount to another purchase (not layaway) from Artistic Guitars. After 1 year no credit will be issued.
