This Gibson ES-335 TD is a gorgeous 1997 Gibson USA ES-335 dot-neck in cherry finish, made in Nashville, TN. Nicely flamed, it has a very resonant maple body, sides and back with nice coloring. Plays great with excellent setup and intonation. The sound from the ’57 classic humbuckers is robust. One of the most versatile guitars available, this ES 335 provides the warmth of a hollowbody with the sustain of a solid body. The laminated flame maple body features a solid maple center block for killer tone. The one piece mahogany neck features a bound rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot inlays for excellent playing feel and comfort. A Tune-O-Matic / stopbar bridge and Grover Rotomatic tuners round out the features. This 335 - think Clapton or Carlton - sweet when you want it sweet, solid when you want to drive it.
