Artistic Guitars is thrilled to be working with Joseph Knaggs Guitars. Joseph S. Knaggs is a world renowned designer and luthier and has built some of the most exquisite guitars made in the last decade for stars such as Carlos Santana and Al Di Meola. Joe was most recently Director of the Private Stock Program and head of R&D at PRS Guitars. The Kenai is a single cutaway, “Les Paul style” three on a side, 24.75 scale guitar. This Kenai was a Custom in the mold of the famous ‘59 plain tops. Serial #79 is finished in “Faded California Sunset”. It is a “Private Stock” grade Tier 1 guitar with a carved Plain Top Curly Maple front and back. Body / headstock / fingerboard curly maple purfling with green ripple BWB to enhance the beauty and elegance of this instrument. The Brazilian rosewood fingerboard is inlayed with shell fingerbard inlays with a seahorse in the Brazilian Rosewood headstock. 2 Fralin P90 pickups give it a clear special sound.
