This guitar is a brilliant and unique Nik Huber Dolphin II made for NAMM 2007. It is a double stained Dark Amber Dolphin II with an exceptional quilted top and a gorgeous figured Mahogany back from Nik's private wood stash. The neck is also of highly figured Mahogany with a unique maple-bound fingerboard made of Ziricote. The headstock matches the body. Gold hardware, Ziricote pickup rings and tuner buttons, and 2 Haussel humbucking pickups round out the definition of this 1-of-a-kind Huber. This one plays and sounds incredible. With the outstanding wood packages, solid feel and clarity of sound, this instrument is a valued addition as a player or collectible.
