Made in the old Gibson Custom Shop in Kalamazoo, MI, this flamey Antique Natural custom 1991 H-555 is a beautiful guitar and a great player. This guitar has a very nicely flamed curly maple top, sides, and back. It has a slim easy-playing neck with an ebony fingerboard. Extras include an additional 1st fret inlay, choice woods package inc. flamed maple bound pickguard, and variphase electronics (in-& -out of phase wiring, and coil tap). This guitar has some amazing tone, with the coil tap and in/out phase options. It’s extremely versatile as all nice “335”-style guitars are. It has incredible feel and playability, with the excellent workmanship from the Gibson Custom shop luthiers that built the prized ES standards of the late 50's and early 60's.
